Miles for Mills Memorial Day Weekend 5K Walk/Run and 10K Run Presented by New Balance Foundation

I'm participating in the 2024 Miles for Mills Memorial Day Weekend 5K Walk/Run & 10K Run, Presented by New Balance Foundation! In part of participating in this event, I'm raising funds to help support the Travis Mills Foundation, which supports post-9/11 recalibrated veterans and their families through programs that help these heroic men and women overcome physical obstacles, strengthen their families and provide well-deserved rest and relaxation.   For the second year I am also wanting to get together as many of you as possible to join myself for this great Foundation that gives so much back to Veterans.  I am running in the memory of Christopher William Perry Henry who was a friend of mine and to many, and who also honorably served in the Marines and lost his battle to PTSD and Mental Illness.  I’d like to keep his memory alive by continuing this throughout the years and shining a light on Veteran Suicide.
